Hey Y'all! It's been a while since I've updated the blog here on the website. A lot has been happening in 2020 to say the least. Recently, as part of my quarantine project, I recorded 10 videos on the A Game Sport Psych Instagram account (@agamesportpsych). I named the 10 part series Aloha Friday. Aloha Friday is a Hawaiian custom that originated in the 1940s as a way to help people get in a good mood for the weekend. People typically celebrate by wearing Hawaiian shirts and
